The Rebbe’s Roast High Altitude Colombian Tolima coffee has a rich but balanced flavor with notes of cocoa, toasted nuts and an energizing acidity. Sourced from coffee plantations in the famed Tolima region of Colombia at an altitude of 1500 meters (4,900 ft.)
At this elevation the coffee bean’s growth is prolonged allowing rich and complex flavors to develop that can only be found in high altitude coffees.
The beans are slow roasted locally in small batches for supreme freshness and quality.
